Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by King Credit Solutions, a division of King Tax Solutions LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our website, client portal, or any of our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Services Offered

We offer credit education, credit report analysis, dispute services, and assistance with credit rebuilding. Our services are designed to help identify and challenge inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information on your credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.

3. No Guarantee of Specific Results

We do not guarantee the removal of any specific item or improvement in credit score. Results vary based on your credit history, the accuracy of information provided, and the credit bureaus’ and creditors’ response. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), we cannot make false or misleading claims.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due according to your chosen plan (DIY or Full-Service). Fees are clearly outlined before service begins. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to process payments securely.

5. Refund Policy

The initial sign-up fee is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your service, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be billed again, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time or early termination within the cycle. Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate billing or proven service non-performance, at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal information and supporting documents
  • Monitor email and portal communications for important updates
  • Maintain an active credit monitoring account (if required)
  • Understand that your participation is key to the success of your credit improvement journey

7. Use of Client Portal

Access to our portal is provided through a secure platform. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and report any unauthorized use immediately.

8. Compliance with Laws

We comply with all applicable federal and state laws including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent your identity or financial status.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, materials, and software on our site are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Credit Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services within the past 3 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to services or our platform for any reason, including violation of these Terms, abusive conduct, or nonpayment.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms or services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual good faith negotiation. If not resolved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration under North Carolina law, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the new Terms.
